NOTICE TO TYRONE PROPERTY OWNERS

CHANGE IN MONTHLY ASSESSMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

·       BEGINNING ON MARCH 31, 2025, PROPERTY ASSESSMENT FEES CAN BE PAID AT THE TYRONE COMMUNITY CENTER.  TWWA WILL HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY BETWEEN 10 am and 2 pm to receive your checks, money orders, or process your credit card.  We will not accept cash payments.

·       Morones & Associates will no longer receive payments for the Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association assessments.

·       If you are paying for your assessments by ACH, that method will continue uninterrupted.

·       Please don’t put your payments in the Tyrone Community Association’s mailbox

·       The monthly assessment will increase from $65.00 per month to $75.00 per month beginning July 1, 2025 per Board Resolution 2025-13 Option One, which was approved at the February Board Meeting.
